Akyiaa Morrison, PE founded Civil Infrastructure Consultants LLC (CIC) with a vision to transform communities with innovative civil infrastructure solutions. As a former DOT engineer and ex-railroader with experience in both public and private sectors, Akyiaa has a unique breadth of experience in engineering as well as business operations.

After working directly with communities for 2 years, she realized that there was a huge opportunity to scale her impact by working with other civil engineering firms.

Today, she implements customized systems that allow civil engineers to work smarter, not harder. She builds the framework that helps engineers spend less time on administrative tasks and more time repairing our crumbling infrastructure.
